A-Z Manufacturing has a wide variety of machines at our disposal which allow us to adapt easily to your particular job, no matter the size. The following is a list of our most commonly used machines:

Trumpf:
The Trumpf TrumaBend V85 is one our most versatile Press Brakes, and is an amazing machine in iteself. The TrumaBend V85's main advantage is it's modular tooling, which gives us here at A-Z a more efficient setup time. It has 85 Tons of available tonnage, and 81 inches of bending length.

Press Brakes:
400 ton CNC Pacific 16 ft long with 20 inch die space and two axis
200 ton CNC Niagara, 10 foot
(2) 187 ton Verson, 10 foot
150 ton CNC Chicago 12 foot
135 ton CNC Pacific J Series with two axis, 10 foot
90 ton CNC Pacific, 10 foot
85 ton CNC Trumpf with five axis, 81 inches
35 ton CNC Niagara 6 foot
(6) Single Action Mechanical Press Brakes
90 ton Chicago, 10 foot
35 ton Niagara, 8 foot
15 ton Verson, 4 foot

Wiedemann:
A-Z has several turret punch presses to speed up the manufacturing of metal pieces. Our Wiedemann can use 42 different tools at once, and can reposition up to 144". Turret punch presses provide the ability to produce parts using specialized tooling, and speed up the process of parts with repetitive features.

CNC Turret Punch Presses:
6 Machines up to 45 tons
Up to 3/8" Material
6" Round holes
Sheets up to 60" wide and 72" long without repositioning
Plasma contouring
Auto-indexing tools
Optimized programming

Shears:
Cincinnati - 3/4 inch x 10 foot CNC
Wysong - 1/4 inch x 10 foot CNC
Wysong - 3/16 inch x 12 foot
Wysong - 12 gauge x 4 foot

Bystronic 5200W Laser:
The Bystronic Bystar 5200 allows us to cut up to 1" Steel, .8" Stainless, and .5" Aluminum with extreme accuracy. Our machine also has a rotary axis installed, which allows us to laser-cut complex shapes in tubing, bar, and angle.

Tanaka Laser:
The Tanaka laser runs off of 3500 watts, and can cut mild steel up to 7/8" and Stainless up to 1/2". The feature that makes our Tanaka laser so versatile is it's extremely large bed size; it can cut from 8 feet wide all the way to over 44 feet long.

Additional Lasers:
Mazak 48 Champ w/FMS 1000W - This laser has a retractable hood for cutting hazardous materials, and has an FMS system that allows it to be run unmanned and continuously
Mitsubishi LXP 2000W - Besides being our most versatile laser, the LXP has a Pallet Shuttle Table and a capacitance sensing head
Mitsubishi HB 1500W - Our HB laser works very well with tubing and long dedicated fixtures

Our cutting Capabilities:
Steel 1"
Stainless 0.80"
Plexiglass 1.00"
Wood 1.00"
Aluminum 0.50"

We also cut plastics, titanium, haseelloy, and kevlar

Some other Advantages of CNC Laser Cutting:
Eliminates expensive machining operations
Extremely accurate
Kerf width is thinner than other thermal methods
Heat affected zone is small
Parts remain flat
Uniform edge reduces grinding and deburring
No tooling to design, build-test, maintain or modify
Ideal for prototypes
Rush parts often shipped the same day
Cuts with smooth, bright oxide and dross free edges
Works well on diverse materials such as wood & titanium

Okuma:
The CNC Okuma Mill has all the necessary tools to do the job right. It has a cubit size of 40"x56"x119", and is controlled along 3 vertical axis. The twin column design gives the Okuma more rigidity than any typical Mill, and the #50 taper tool holder can cycle through several tools per job.

CNC Machining:
6 CNC vertical machining centers
10 HP 20" x 20" x 20"
50 HP 60" x 120" x 40"
Tooling, castings and weldments

And More!:
Plasma cutting
Spot welders
Grinders
Complete tool and die facility
Painting, assembly and packaging
Over 60 years of hands-on experience, to get the job done right!

500 Ton:
Our Danley 500 Ton is the most beefy of our Punch Presses. It has a 48"x60" bed size, with a 16" stroke. It can hold a 24" die when shut and has a 50 ton air cushion. We typically use our Danley 500 Ton to process very thick material, and also have coil-handling equipment to suit your needs. If you already have a die made, or even if you need custom tooling for your job, A-Z can handle it. We pride ourselves on being flexible, efficient, and most of all, being able to produce parts at the quality you require.
